Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing LK9 Raw Ltd. We are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of your orders.


1. Local Delivery

  • Eligibility: Local delivery is available for customers located within a 10-mile radius of NE21 5SJ.
  • Order Verification: Orders will be checked upon purchase, and we reserve the right to refuse orders outside of this radius.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify they are within the eligible delivery area prior to placing an order.
  • Delivery Times: Local deliveries are scheduled for Wednesday mornings. Times may vary based on demand and unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery of Perishable Items

  • Raw Dog Food: Customers must ensure someone is available to receive perishable products such as raw dog food. If no one is available, a safe location must be outlined in the notes section when ordering online. We are not responsible for spoilage due to unattended deliveries.
  • Storage Requirements: Raw dog food must remain frozen and stored appropriately to maintain freshness and quality.

3. Shipping Costs

  • £5 for local deliveries on orders between £30 and £49.99.
  • Free local delivery for orders of £50 or more.

4. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • For local deliveries, the ordering deadline is 12 PM on Monday for delivery that week. Orders placed after this time will be processed for delivery the following week.
  • Click and Collect Orders: Click and collect orders will typically be prepared and ready for collection within 24 hours. Customers will be notified via email as soon as their order is available for pickup. Please note, the shop is closed on Mondays, and any orders placed on Sundays will be prioritised for readiness on Tuesday.

5. Missed Deliveries

  • Local deliveries are not eligible for redelivery. If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the order in a safe location as specified by the customer during the checkout process. If no safe location is provided, the driver will determine an appropriate location to leave the order. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure and suitable location is specified in the notes section at checkout to avoid any issues.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If an incorrect item is delivered, including raw dog food, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for a refund or replacement.
  • For raw dog food, the item must remain frozen and in its original packaging to be eligible for return or replacement.

7. Restricted Delivery Areas

  • At this time, we only offer local delivery within the specified radius. We do not ship to other regions or countries.
